Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant looking for your next opportunity in the Leyland area? We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants (Residential) – Grade 3 to join a well-established care home, providing essential support to residents.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents.
✔ Assisting with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and mobility.
✔ Supporting individuals with mental health needs in a residential setting.
✔ Ensuring dignity, respect, and a sympathetic approach at all times.
✔ Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
✔ Adhering to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
✅ Must be 18 or over
✅ NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a care setting
✅ Enhanced DBS check (within last 12 months) – Must bring a physical DBS certificate and Photo ID to first shift
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Understanding of manual handling and ability to lift/move heavy objects
✅ Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions
