About
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations (ER) experience? We have an exciting 3-6 month assignment available in Brentwood, Essex, offering an immediate start.
Job Description
📍 Location: Brentwood, Essex (office-based, 5 days a week).
📆 Contract: 3-6 months.
🕘 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
🚀 Start Date: ASAP.
Requirements
✔️ Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring high-quality and consistent HR advice.
✔️ Lead and manage complex ER casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
✔️ Coach and mentor managers, improving their confidence in handling day-to-day HR queries.
✔️ Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices.
✔️ Signpost colleagues and managers to relevant support services, such as HR Shared Services, Occupational Health, and EAP providers.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (essential).
✅ Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
✅ Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex ER casework.
✅ A confident, proactive, and independent professional who can work autonomously.
✅ Strong knowledge of HR functions, including pay & benefits, recruitment, and training &
