About
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong employee relations (ER) experience? We have an exciting 3-6 month assignment available in Brentwood, Essex, offering an immediate start.
Job Description
๐ Location: Brentwood, Essex (office-based, 5 days a week).
๐ Contract: 3-6 months.
๐ Hours: Monday โ Friday, 8:00 am โ 4:00 pm or 9:00 am โ 5:00 pm.
๐ Start Date: ASAP.
Requirements
โ๏ธ Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring high-quality and consistent HR advice.
โ๏ธ Lead and manage complex ER casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
โ๏ธ Coach and mentor managers, improving their confidence in handling day-to-day HR queries.
โ๏ธ Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices.
โ๏ธ Signpost colleagues and managers to relevant support services, such as HR Shared Services, Occupational Health, and EAP providers.
What Weโre Looking For:

CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (essential).
โ
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
โ
Strong employee relations experience, including handling complex ER casework.
โ
A confident, proactive, and independent professional who can work autonomously.
โ
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including pay & benefits, recruitment, and training &
