Requirements

As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the hospital’s pharmacy services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications while delivering high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department.
✔️ Ensure compliance with medication safety protocols, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
✔️ Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to healthcare professionals and patients.
✔️ Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications.
✔️ Lead and support the pharmacy team, ensuring a high level of service.
✔️ Work closely with medical and nursing staff to optimise patient treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ GPhC-registered Pharmacist with proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
✅ Strong leadership and management skills.
✅ Extensive knowledge of medicines management, regulations, and hospital pharmacy operations.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
